Domestic Order Shipping Rates
International Order Shipping Rates
All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service with delivery confirmation and insurance. Shipping rates are determined based on order totals (not including the shipping and handling fee), and the following table shows our current rates:

Priority Mail takes 2 - 5 days to reach most destinations. Because postal delays do occur occasionally (especially during busy seasons such as the holiday season), please allow up to 14 days for delivery after your order is shipped.
If after 14 days of shipment and you still have not received your package, please contact us and we will issure a tracer with the post office. Please note that insurance claims cannot be filed until 30 days after shipment, and we must receive a signed statement detailing the lost order for insurance purposes prior to sending order replacement.
Domestic Transit Time
International orders (orders going outside of US) are shipped via First Class Airmail, Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail (EMS). Shipping and handling fees are determined based on order totals, regardless of destination. The following table shows our current shipping rates for international orders:

This is the slowest shipping method we offer. Since we cannot file insurance claim for First Class Mail International packages, we are unable to replace any package that are lost or damaged. This shipping option is NOT recommended for larger (more expensive) orders.
First Class Mail International
Estimated transit time* is 6-10 business days.
Package is trackable -- you can track the status of your package.
Package is NOT insured.
While you can track a Prioirty Mail International package, it is not insured and we are unable to replace any lost or damaged packages. This shipping option is NOT recommended for larger (more expensive) orders.
Priority Mail International
Because international shipments require customs forms, we are required by law to correctly identify the contents and value of your package.
*The transit times quoted are estimated by United States Postal Service, and may or may not include time it takes to clear customs. Actual transit time depends on destination coutry's postal service. Beauté Minéral is not responsible for any shipment delays.
Customers are responsible for any Import/VAT taxes that may be imposed on their packages.
