When ordering products that require color options (such as foundations, cheek colors, eye colors, makeup kits etc.), please indicate your color selections before you add the product into bag. Each product that requires color option selection has a pull-down menu/text box(es) above the "Add to Bag" button. Please make sure you indicate all your color selections before proceed to checkout.

We offer up to 3 free samples with each order. Customers who would like to receive sample(s) please indicate your product and color choices in the "Coupons, Comments & Instructions..." section of the Checkout page (see image below). If the customer does not indicate any product and/or color choice, we will pick sample products and/or colors for her. Please note that all free samples are given out based on availability. If a requested product or color sample is not available, we will instead include a substitute product/color similar to what is requested.

If customer would like to receive more than 3 samples, additional samples are available for sale at a reasonable price. We also have a Sample Bundle deal that allows customers to get 10 samples at a very affordable price. Please check our Makeup Kits section for details.

If you have a coupon you would like to use on your order, please include the coupon code in the "Coupons, Comments & Instructions..." section of the Checkout page. Coupon code must be submitted at the time of order submission in order to be valid and effective. Please see coupons for terms and restrictions.

If you have a non-PayPal issued Gift Certificate and you would like to use for your order, please inlcude the gift certificate code in the "Coupons, Comments & Instructions..." section of the Checkout page. PayPal currently does not process gift certificate codes that are not issued by PayPal, so your PayPal account or credit/debit will be charged initially while accepting your order. Once your order has been received and processed, the full amount you were charged by PayPal for the order will be refunded back to your in the original form of payment.
