Exchange Policies
Returns of mineral makeup products and makeup brushes are limited to damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise. We encourage all customers who are new to mineral makeup and/or new to Beauté Minéral to purchase samples to try on colors before buying full size products. We include up to 3 free samples with each order, and offer affordable samples for all our mineral makeup products.
A Note Regarding Makeup Brushes: It is normal to experience a few loose hairs especially when using a new brush for the first time and after repeated use. It is only reason for concern if you experience excessive clusters of hair loss at a time.
For damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, we will gladly issue a refund or an in-store credit.
Return Procedures:
Return must be initiated within 14 days after customer receives the product.
Contact us (returns@beautemineral.com) with your order number, the item(s) that you wish to return, and whether you would like to receive a refund or in-store credit.
We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns require RMA's issued by Beauté Minéral in order to be processed. Returns sent to Beauté Minéral without a RMA will be not be processed.
Send your return item(s) to Beauté Minéral's office. We will provide you the actual address once a RMA has been issued.
Returned items must be received by Beauté Minéral within 30 days following the return initiation. We recommend customers to send the returned items using registered or insured mail service. Beauté Minéral is NOT responsible for any returned item that is lost or damaged in the mail.
Upon approval, refund will be issued to the source of funding with which the customer had piad for the order. In-store credit will be applied to customer's future order(s).

If your exchange is for a higher dollar value item than the original item(s), we will inform you the difference in price via email. You will need to send an additional payment to cover the added expense, prior to receiving your new items.
If your exchange is for a lower dollar value item than the original item(s), you will receive a refund or in-store credit of the difference in value once your new items have been shipped. Refund will be issued to the source of funding with which the customer had paid for the order.
