Beauté Minéral Payment Information

PayPal, owned by eBay, is a global online payment system. PayPal is a convenient, easy-to-use, and secure way for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online for goods, services, charitable donations, and so forth.

We are happy to accept all major credit cards, PayPal balance transfers, bank account transfers, and electronic checks through the PayPal payment service. Please choose "PayPal" as your payment method and you will be directed to PayPal's website to finish the transaction. Everyone can use PayPal to pay for her order, and you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. If you do not have a PayPal account already, you will be given the option to create one during the checkout process.

If we do not receive payment within one hour of your order, an invoice will be emailed to you. Payments are expected within 24 hours of your order, or your order will be cancelled.

For customers who are in Hong Kong and prefer to pay for their order by depositing payments into Beauté Minéral's bank account, we gladly accept bank transfers/deposits as a payment method. Please choose "Bank Transfer" as your payment method during checkout, and you will receive the bank account information necessary for the transfer/deposit in your order confirmation email. After you have made your bank transfer/deposit payment, please notifiy us by marking your order number on the transfer/deposit receipt and fax it to (866) 848-8694. Bank transfer payments are expected within 5 business days of your order.

If we do not receive payment within <b>5 business days of your order</b>, we will cancel your order.

If you prefer not to submit your credit card information online (via PayPal), we also accept credit/debit card payment by phone. Simply choose "Phone-in Credit Card Payment" as your payment method, let us know your contact phone number and the best time to call, we will contact you within one (1) business day after your order is received. After we receive your credit card information, your order will be processed within normal processing time frame.

Beauté Minéral gladly accepts payments in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), as prices in HKD for our products are shown along with the USD prices. However, because PayPal does not support transactions in HKD, Customers who wish to pay in HKD must use the Bank Transfer payment method.

Our shopping cart currently is not configured to calculate order totals in HKD, so customers who are paying in HKD must calculate the order total by using the HKD price listed for each product on the website and the Shipping Rate table (see Shipping Rate section.) We apologize for the inconvenience, and if you would like to receive a follow-up email with the order total in HKD, just let us know in the <b>"Comments / Instructions"</b> section of the Checkout page by typing "paying in HKD".
