Currently we do not have a traditional "brick-and-mortar" retail location, instead we have an online store (www.beautemineral.com) that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.  Our office is located in Fairview, OR, USA.

What are your store hours? You can order from our online store -- www.beautemineral.com -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you wish to order by phone, or if you would like to speak to one of our customer service agents, our office opens Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5 pm, Pacific Time. How do I order products? It is easy to order Beauté Minéral products. We have a very convenient, easy to use online ordering system. Just click the "Add to Bag" icon of the product that you want to purchase, the item will be add to your personal shopping bag.

If the product you want to purchase has color options, you will be able to select the color option when the item is in the shopping cart.

When you are done with shopping, just choose the payment method, click "Checkout" and following the instructions to complete the purchase. Soon your products will be on their way to you. The entire checkout process takes only few minutes to complete. Do you ship outside of US? Yes, we ship to all countries that are listed in US Postal Service's "Index of Countries and Localities". How do I pay for my order?
There are 4 ways to pay for your order:

PayPal -- a convenient, easy-to-use, and secure way for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online for goods, services, charitable donations, and so forth. It is a global online payment system, and anyone around the world, with or without a PayPal account, can use PayPal. The best of all, it is free to use PayPal to pay for your order. Amazon Payments -- you can send money to any US mobile number using text messaging or e-mail address using your Amazon account. You can use the credit card that you already use on Amazon.com to complete these transactions.
 
Bank Transfer -- This is a method particularly caters to Hong Kong customers who wish to pay for their orders in Hong Kong Dollar and/or feel more comfortable depositing money into Beauté Minéral's Hong Kong back account, instead of using their credit cards online. Payment instruction for using the "Bank Transfer" method will be send in the order confirmation email.
 
Credit Card by Phone -- If you do not feel comfortable submitting your credit card information online (via PayPal), we also accept credit card payment by phone. Simply let us know your contact phone number and the best time to call you, we will contact you within 1 business day after order is received and finish processing the order via the phone.
Note: Credit Card by Phone payment method could add 1-2 business days of order processing times to the normal time frame. For faster service, we recommend you to use the secured PayPal method.

 Is it safe to order from your website? Absolutely. All customer and order information is encrypted and transmitted using SSL technology. When you use PayPal, your credit card information is also safe because PayPal also uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, Beauté Minéral will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. How long does it takes to get my order? Our normal order processing time is 2-4 business days, and during times of heavier ordering volumn (such as the holiday seasons), the processing time might take an additional of 3-5 days. After the order is shipping, it generally takes 2-3 days for domestic (US) orders to arrive its destination, and 10-14 days for international (non-US) orders. The actual transit time depends on the operating speed of the US and local post offices. International orders' deliveries may also be affected by the destination country's public holidays and the working speed of the local customs offices.   What kinds of minerals do you use in your makeup products? Our key ingredients are Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, and Iron Oxides. We use only these ingredients in our base makeup products (foundation, primer, finishing powder, and concealer). To create a wide variety of colors for our blushes, eyeshadows and eyeliners, we use a small amount of other FDA approved minerals to formulate the colors (Please refer to the products' ingredient lists for the minerals used). All ingredients used in our products are FDA approved, and are safe to be used on skin. Our products do not contain talc, lead compounds, FD&C or D&C colorants, mercury, mineral oil, any carcinogen or ingredients that can be harmful to your skin. What other ingredients are used in your makeup products? Only the purest, natural mineral pigments. We do not use any "food-grade" ingredients such as corn starch or rice powder in our makeup. While these ingredients provide a certain texture to a product and some may serve as oil-absorbants, they do not serve any other purpose, so they are actually "fillers". And because these fillers are organic (derived from living things), they provide an environment for bacteria to grow. This can particularly be a problem for people who are acne-prone.

We do not include any "skin care" ingredients in our products because a lot of these ingredients need to be stabilized by other chemicals and/or require preservatives to achieve longer shelf-live. The addition of stabilization chemicals and preservatives increases the chance of causing allergies in sensitive skin. What is the shelf-life of mineral makeup? All our mineral powder makeup products have basically infinite shelf-life. Because mineral pigments are inorganic and inert, they do not support bacteria growth. And without bacteria, the products will not go bad or become rancid.

Products with natural oils and waxes (such as lip colors and skin care products) generally have shelf-life of two (2) years.  Do you test your products on animals? Absolutely not. We love all kinds of animals, and we are against animal testing. When choosing suppliers and manufacturers for our products, we also choose who do not test on animals. I have more questions...
